Oasi Hotel Wellness & Spa Riva del Garda

Horrible Rude Staff who don't even have basic knowledge of anything. This company should pay us to stay there just for having to put up with such horrid people. I honestly can not believe they hire these people to work in the hotel / travel industry. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I will never ever send clients to this hotel ever again!!!!! We book hotels all over Italy and this is by far the worst hotel we have ever dealt with. My clients were not happy, and I certainly was not happy considering the staff's behavior. Whoever owns this hotel clearly doesn't care. Marco one of the owners who we were told would speak to us, avoided us.

Unfortunately this Hotel in total can get max. 3 stars in reality.... And Spa was not really a thing to use.... 10 times run to try to book for massage (hotel reception sends to spa reception, we come and there is nobody there). I understand my fault of not booking in advance but when hotel is full of guests that expect treatments and beauty center works only half day its not good... people come with money willing to pay and relax but dont get the opportunity.... luckely i managed to get appintments in other hotel where the spa services was 10 of 10. Wellness needs to be renovated or taken care of unfortunately.... very small swimming space, cold bubbles in jakuzzi spot, no hidromassage, half of showers r broken. Saunas r oke warm and clean. But the ground is full of water near to swim area and hotel slippers slip like hell and get wet immediately bc they dont hv rubber pad under. I guess the flooding system on the floor was not done properly... most of drains r dry but bc the ground is not straight there were constantly places filled with standing water spots.... As a small hotel to come over to Garda is good. As Spa hotel for my next holidays /weekend - unfortunately no.

1. Good location 2. Good rooms 3. AC don't work properly 4. 3rd class bathrooms and no toiletries 5. Good breakfast 6. Good parking. 7. Worst staff. Very rude and not so welcoming ... The night staff (one bald old man) is a worst employee there. Giving hard looks if u coming after 12 because he has to open the main gate. 🤣🤣🤣 U will get a nice stare of 1 min if u coming and disturbing his sleep hahaha... Felt like an hostel with warden inside 🤣 8. Staff is worst

Had a nice stay in the hotel oasi at a pretty good price! Air conditioning wasn't cooling that much..so not recommended for summer vacations if a cold room is required. The host was courteous and we even could take our mountainbikes on our balcony. The food was great too! So the whole package was fine and more than I expected..so I would book it again!
